2008 Children's Christmas Plate

Royal Copenhagen's Annual " Children's Christmas " series has been issued since 1998. This year there is a new artist Henry Iversen. The 2008 motif is called "The miracle of Motherhood". The plate shows the Virgin Mary with the Baby Jesus, but the motif pays homage to the joy and love between mother and child in general.
