Bing and Grondahl was established in 1853 when Copenhagen was still a small town. A young sculptor named Frederik Vilhelm Grondahl and two brothers M. H. and J. H. Bing combined their capital and Bing & Grondahl Porcelain factory became a reality. The company to the Royal Courts of Denmark, Sweden and Great Britain.
Their figurines and plates can be found in many of the worlds noted Museums including the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
