Description:
Bing & Grondahl launched the first Mother's Day plate in 1969 and this year's motif is # 35 in the series. In 2004 the plate shows "Otter with Young" and is the work of artist Finn Clausen.
Pia Langelund designed the separate figurine of the youn animal, the youn otter, which accompanies the series.
